They are not answering the phone I keep calling trying to make a appointment but they don’t pick up
lady in the front was being so rude since i got there , no type of manners at all , don’t recommend if you want someone talking to you like your dumb or something, full on rude, rolled her eyes at me and everything just because i didn’t know where to sign in cause this was my first time coming to a clinic 0/10 experience
I swear this is the worst clinic they NEVER AND I MEANE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. The lady over the phone tried to tell me she could not tell me about my blood work ( I’ve been coming to Baylor since I was 17 and it’s never been this hard to get in contact with someone )calling for 4 days now to get some answers and it’s always call this number. And that number nobody answers . I don’t recommend go some place else there’s better locations than this one
