What a terrible experience. Every step of the way there were twists and turns. The loan disclosures were anything but transparent. Even the hard numbers like my deposits were not correct. Finally 4 days before closing they spring on us a figure that was continuously a seller paid item on all disclosures is now the buyers responsibility.
