I have AllState and my son needed a tow. Was told 7:45 to 8:45 pm. Had to call the dispatcher and she stated 45 to 60 minutes from 7:30 pm. My son called the tow driver directly via the dispatcher and was he told my son 9:30 pm. No show. I called the driver and he told me 9:30 am. Little do they know we record our calls. And my made it clear 9:30 pm tonight due to school and work for me. The driver cleared said I gotcha you. So never use them or if forced record your phone calls.

Contact Allstate Roadside Assistance for tow, who in turn contacted NFL Towing. Towing was scheduled for 6pm but driver did not show up until after 11pm. The driver dropped the vehicle at the wrong building address which was NOT discovered until the next day, when we attempted to locate the vehicle along with a window being REMOVED professionally, no glass inside the vehicle. Had the same experience as many others, contacted this Not For Long company through my carrrier Verizon. Three attempts contacting through dispatch and given different reasons for the delay on each call. The last call was told i was next in the que, waited an hour later called back and now, suspiciously nobody answered. Carrier attempted to contact and also had no answer. Ultimately waited four hours plus on this tow of a stranded vehicle to never show up. Contacted Verizon once more and they had another service AmeriTow sho... read more
