Quote was sent but went to spam would have been nice to get a call saying they sent quote since it went to spam

This company does not stand by the warranty on their work. After repeated emails and phone calls to have someone address the problem with my fence gate, they have yet to remediate the issue. I hired this company to build a fence in February 2021. I contacted them in March 2022 because the gate appears to be drooping slightly, causing the latch to no longer work. While it is simple enough to re-install the latch myself, I asked them to take a look to ensure there aren't potentially larger issues that could make things worse. ... read more
