Do not send them your Titles! At initial contact, she emailed me to instruct to send the original titles, power of attorney and credit card info. I sent by Priority mail and never heard back despite multiple voice messages left, emails and online form submissions (facebook). I assumed she died. WARNING You can only email them. One April 26th I was requesting to register 2 vehicles and the owner emailed me back on April 26th giving me instructions of what to send, Original Titles, Credit Card, Notorized authorization to file on my behalf and Address to Mail everything to. I sent everything requested. Then completely ghosted me, I have not heard back since.
