I had a terrible experience with the assistant program director today. As soon as I picked up the phone she was extremely rude and escalated the situation by raising her voice and interrupting. I was trying to talk about a note to excuse a class and she completely disregarded and shut down the conversation. She does not seem to like her job or know what professionalism is. This is a heartless program and does not care about you as a person and is only in it for the money which is sad because this is suppose to help people. N... read more
Don’t recommend, people are constantly leaving this place, the med provider doesn’t listen and forces you to take medications even when you say tell them no and that you don’t need everyday meds just as needed like in the past. Canceled all my services and will look elsewhere for someone who will not force me to do anything I don’t want to do!
I have been seen at this place for about 5 years, in the first three years i had one therapist. He was great but ended up leaving. Then the next year went by and I had 2 more therapists leave. The therapist that they recently gave me (within the last ~8 months) is also leaving. I don't know the reason why they cycle through so many therapists but i wouldn't recommend going here if you want a stable and reliable therapy schedule. Had my assessment with a nice women Deb. Told her starting a new job and that my schedule was going to change on my end. Ok cool. Fast forward she calls me at 7pm like 4 days later and I had to yet again repeat myself that I will not be able to get her an exact time on when I can see her due to my new job starting. 3 days go by I start my new job given my schedule and I called her and left a message.
