If you’re in need of ANY assistance I wouldn’t recommend NFI. They are HORRENDOUS. The communication is crap. The leadership above employees is useless. If you actually want help for your mental health NFI isn’t the place to do it. You’ll leave with more issues than you came with. Attached are photos of me attempting to schedule with MY THERAPIST !!
I have been going to NFI / TCA on and off for many years now, overall close to 20 years. At first I was very upset that I would get a therapist and then they all seemed like they left after a year so after just getting settled in, it's like i'd get thrown to a new person every year. I was very aggrevated until it was explained to me that a lot of students intern here. I spoke with the person who places me with a therapist and requested a more permenant person. My experience at NFI has been amazing. I had started about a year ago and everyone was so welcoming. I had a great experience with my first therapist, Tracy. She helped me understand what I was going through. I was in a dark place and didn’t know how to overcome it. It took many sessions to get to where I am today. When Tracy suggested to see the nurse, and I was bit hesitant. When I did see the nurse, Dimaris she was so sweet. I loved that she was very understanding and took her time to evaluate me.
