Won't take my 328ci anywhere else!!
Had to wait 8 days for an appointment and then after dropping off the car at the appointed time they never even got around to looking at it. After 2 days with no answers we picked it up and went somewhere else that was actually able to do the job. Terrible dishonest customer service. Beware.
