I recently underwent surgery with Dr. Nezhat and had a great experience from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything in detail beforehand and answered all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable and confident going into my first surgical procedure. suffered for more than 10 years before finding Dr. Nezhat. During that time, I saw several doctors in New York and was often dismissed, told that I was exaggerating or that I simply could not tolerate pain. I recently underwent surgery for umbilical endometriosis and a partial hysterectomy, and the quality of care I received exceeded expectations. After experiencing years of unresolved pain in my navel, I was referred to Dr. Nezhat, whose expertise and professionalism significantly improved my condition. I also wish to acknowledge the exceptional support provided by the NYU nursing staff, as well as Bridgette, the Coordinator, who guided me through the process.

The BEST doctor that ever existed! I cannot say enough about this man! He specializes in this area of gynecologic oncology and is truly amazing at what he does. My whole family goes to him and my mother is a cancer survivor because of him and I am also a cancer survivor because of him! He is very knowledgeable, personable and just wonderful.
