Following a broken leg had these 'carers' for 2 weeks before realising they were more hindrance than help. One carer arrived and carried bowl of water when using a crutch. Son had to wash and dress me when carer failed to turn up for ambulance appointment. Left to my own devices while carer phoned her doctor. These are just three examples of poor service. Their only concern is how much savings you have. Total waste of space!!!

This is not much of a establishment, they don't wash my father down properly and they keep over loading the washing machine and broken the bearing its cost us £400 for a new one, there own work force tell us there office staff and those in charge are the reasons they short staffed, the one carer comes and makes my father a cup of tea and puts his eye drops in then sits down for 20 minutes watching television, don't trust them at all..

As an ex employee I can say my time with Nexxus has been positive. Throughout the training process and shadowing Iv been made to feel very welcome by the majority of carers. Communication between myself and the office or on call have also ways been fine and professional. I would recommend Nexxus as a place to work. Unfortunately you won’t always get carers who are kind and committed to the job and with any negative review you will always remember the negative over the positive.
