I had a triple cervical fusion performed by a very well regarded surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. The metal plate and screws were provided by Nexxt Spine. It is now almost exactly 2 years after the surgery and I am contending with two major issues. One, there are two (2) screws that have literally broken in half inside the bone.
