Required a replacement and better way of inspecting our manufactured plastic equipment, and the team at Nexxis were great in taking samples of our products testing and providing recommendations on products that would best suit our needs. Since purchase of equipment, I will say one of the best investments and purchase decisions made.

Poor communication. Wasted my time travelling to the office to drop a faulty instrument. They said they can't get it and asked me to contact the supplier. If they told me this at the first instance, I could save my time. This is after 3 days of the first communication.
I purchased the NEXP30 back in September 2017 First off I called up to make sure it wasn’t cheap Alibaba equipment Jason assured me only a couple of components where sourced there. Yet they send back there for repairs. The locating camera head didn’t get sent fist of all. When they sent me the Locating camera head it had silicon stuffed in holes on its face for its seal.
