Unprofessional service and call line I've been calling and emailing since both telephone lines are down Update: this is all intentional on their part I got through to their location on a phone number not listed on the site. Is a person who claims it to be the wrong location as in the one in Okeechobee which I called to verify. This branch is a sham. UPDATE: ADDITIONALLY THEY DON'T OFFER OVERNIGHTS/ ANY RESERVATION AS SPONSORED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THE MARKUP WAS UP TO 100+.
10 out of 10 . I did a booking here at this motel for my birthday photoshoot it was the best choice I made. The manager Barbara arranged everything so perfect. Thanks a lot . I’m definitely coming back ✌🏽
Rooms are nice and clean, which is why you come here. The room experience was wonderful. The service, or lack thereof, is another story entirely. No one ever answers the phone, the email address is invalid, and social media messages are ignored. The sign IN THE LOBBY has three prices for different stay lengths. When I asked for the overnight, I was told they don’t do that. Then why is it advertised??
