Love how they closed their office without so much a notice to their customers. Leaving everyone in the lurch and not being able to contact them or find anyone who worked their . BBB will be receiving a note,
Rude and could care less about their customers. This is sad as I originally loved this place and the doctor. Two of my children were up for their yearly last Oct. No reminder was sent. I realized it in Dec. I understand it could be a busy time, but the receptionist could not have cared less when she told me no appointments. Told me just to take them somewhere else. Now this year and I didn't realize my other daughter was in June. Busy single mom here. My daughter lost her last contact for one eye over the weekend. I reach ou... read more
Dr.Roark was very helpful and kind! She made me feel comfortable as a mother struggling with a baby in public. She interacted with my daughter and was very sweet! She addressed my questions and concerns, she actually listened to what I wanted and help me find it! Front desk staff are very pleasant and quick as well. It's the best place I've been to for eye care!
Dr. Roark is a rockstar! She's very informative, patient, and dialed in the right prescription. Thank you.
From start to finish this experience was incredible. The office sends all paperwork digital so I could fill everything out before the appointment which was wonderful. I had my 6 and 8 year old in for a check up. Dr. Roark’s ability to make my kids feel comfortable, explain what she was doing and provide the best eye care I’ve ever seen.
