I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at the front desk. She did not properly process my insurance coverage, which led me to contact my insurance provider directly. They confirmed that the coverage had not been handled correctly. When I called back to inform her of this issue, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, she was rude and dismissive.
