Never a bad experience. Phenomenal doctor that shows care into his work. Amazing staff. I broke my previous frames during a marathon/obstacle race not long ago. I called nexus and they found the exact frame i had and sent me all the options for colors. Within 4 days the frames were ready to be picked up and the entire process went by so fast its impressive. I have a lot of respect for a local business like this and I want to thank Annika for putting the care into perfecting the adjustments for those new frames.
Dr. Chad is awesome. Check up are efficient and professional. Our whole family goes and it's a good experience each time.
