I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at the front desk. She did not properly process my insurance coverage, which led me to contact my insurance provider directly. They confirmed that the coverage had not been handled correctly. When I called back to inform her of this issue, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, she was rude and dismissive. I visited Nexus Vision center to have my eyes tested and pick out new glasses. The experience was by far the best I have had in the city. Dr Patterson was so thorough and took his time. Hallie helped me pick out glasses and she was simply amazing! Highly recommend!
