They must have some sort of metric for their recruiters regarding number of calls to make a week. The same guy has called and left a message on my corporate office phone (which I am only at about 10 times a year) once a week for over a year without the smallest bit of indication of interest from me. Based on this interaction I would never use them if I was a passive or active candidate and sure would not use them to fill an open position in my company as their tactics seem lazy and have likely alienated plenty of good candid... read more
