No office location. Hard to contact. Slow response time
I just paid the equivalent of the whole end of lease amount after having cleaned the house before handing over. It is very important to keep a tab of all things not working and constantly complain, else you will be responsible at the end of lease. I have dealt with the rental agencies and this is the worst one
Kevin and his team are exceptional in helping me to sell my apartment. Apartments are not easy to sell in the current market but Kevin understood my situation and took it on without hesitations.
