Dr Farhana Raza - simply the worst GP. Highly do not recommend this clinic as all they care about is money. Couldn’t confirm if I have iron deficiency anemia or endometriosis despite taking blood tests and confirming vitamin D, C & hemoglobin levels are extremely low - I was simply advised to taken iron deficiency tablets to which another GP at the Epping Medical Centre confirmed I needed an infusion and an ultrasound. If you want quality and people who actually care for your health, avoid this clinic completely.
I have been waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes despite having an appointment scheduled at 11:00 AM. So Disappointing
The reception staff are lovely but the doctors are disgraceful, stay away from Dr Mobina such a rude vial person.
Excellent service. Great doctors at this clinic. Been a patient for long time. I had a nasty cut on my finger today that required immediate care, they provided me with an appointment quite quick. From the receptionist, to the doctor and nurse - all very professional and provide quality patient care.
Always late. Expect to be here for over an hour at least for even the quickest appointment.
