Absolutely a joke never answer there phone never return calls
My family of 5 have been attending nexus since 2017, I took the day off work to see Dr Mobina (any doctor i didn't care which one) but because I've never seen Dr Mobina as an existing patient the centre decided to inform me by phone (whilst I was at reception) that Dr Mobina is unable to take on new patients. Most pathetic excuse for a clinic ever I won't be returning. Great in the past but all the great doctors have since left. Severely gone downhill
Update: cut my hand open called 3 times no answer nurses werent avaliable. You call up, no answer, call again, voice mail, appointments are booked out. Even if its an emergency you have on the day you can't even call up to ask for an emergency booking. DONT GO HERE!
Waited 4 weeks for my results that were meant to come back in a week. Had to call 5+ times to be put through to someone to get my results turns out they had the results weeks ago and just never contacted me. Also had to wait over an hour and a half for an appointment that I had already booked that took up no longer than 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous don’t go here if you actually want help with anything medical!
