I attended this clinic for a routine 6-week postnatal check for myself and my baby as recommended by the MCHN. This was my first visit, as I am new to the area. Numerous phone calls made but going to "leave a Message" then when finally get through and bet a transfer to the correct department the call goes again going to "leave a message." When can we get to talk to some person who can answer and resolve issues? Five calls and forty minutes of time so far.

My 81yo father has been attending this clinic and due to failing health I attended his recent app with Dr Murtaza, which was a nightmare where do I start, No eye contact, Ignored questions or was dismissive, uninterested in taking time to explain upcoming test, the appointment was rushed and at the end of it my elderly father was flustered and confused. Who can I complain to....

It doesn't matter what time of the day or what day of the week the Doctors are always running late. It is also a joke that even if you have a health care card you have to pay on weekends. It gets worse the cost on weekends is different before midday than after. Also unlike other clinics who when they put it through medicare and the rebate comes back straight away, with this mob you have to wait to get your money. No wonder the star rating is only 1.9
