Staff are unhelpful. Some of us have to be prescribed medication by the doc with the permission. Other doctors can't just step in and presribe something they don't know. Staff at previous medical centres would be much more helpful reaching a doctor, or better yet warn you they are going on holiday. If you can't reach through by phone just book online so you don't have to answer the same ridiculous questions every time. Edit: Disgraceful customer service. Need to fix their online system so that they can make sure before the date of appointment if a doctor can take new patients rather then the day of leave people without a doctors appointment because they don’t check their system till the day off, when they should be accepting the appointments first like other clinics within Wallan
Dr Farhana Raza - simply the worst GP. Highly do not recommend this clinic as all they care about is money. Couldn’t confirm if I have iron deficiency anemia or endometriosis despite taking blood tests and confirming vitamin D, C & hemoglobin levels are extremely low - I was simply advised to taken iron deficiency tablets to which another GP at the Epping Medical Centre confirmed I needed an infusion and an ultrasound. If you want quality and people who actually care for your health, avoid this clinic completely.
I have been waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes despite having an appointment scheduled at 11:00 AM. So Disappointing
The reception staff are lovely but the doctors are disgraceful, stay away from Dr Mobina such a rude vial person.
