Honestly, not really impressed. I called at 8:31 in the morning remained on hold the queue until I got to first place then an automated message came on saying we’re busy at the moment. Please call back in a few minutes went through the queue again not once not twice but three times and then finally when I was able to speak to a person, they told me all the appointments were taken when I explained to her what happened and how I felt that it wasn’t fair. I am so happy to have found this clinic. My new NP is terrific and the clinic is conveniently located close to groceries, shops and services.
Nexus Clinic is drowning in patients, and it shows. They know they’re over capacity but continue operating like nothing’s wrong.. Leaving people waiting weeks for even the simplest tasks. My wife needed a basic ultrasound requisition, and we were told it would take three weeks just to schedule a call. That’s not acceptable care. It’s disheartening that such delays have become routine here.
Everyone is very kind and takes their time with you. The listen to your concerns. We feel very well taken care of.
