They're behind 2 to 3 hours wait EVERYTIME. I don't know where these 5 stars review came from. Operator will tell you 30 to 40 minutes to wait but it's gonna take way more than that.
Today Rogelio and Anthony came to pick up my 81 year old mom to transport her to an appt and they were GREAT. They were on time, kind and treated my mom with such compassion. I just wanted to acknowledge them and hope they get recognized for such a great job! Great asset to Nexus! Thanks again guys! 🫶😊
Please explain to me why it is so hard for these drivers to arrive on time. Even though my mother was scheduled ahead of time to be picked up, she has been late to her appointment not once, not twice, but three times because the drivers picked her up 15 to 30 minutes late each time.
I was considering on hiring them for my medical transportation to and from my dialysis but all I hear are horror stories about them. Please report this company to OSHA, CDPH and JOINT COMMISSION if they continue violating patient/ clients and employees SAFETY. I'm blind and I can sometimes hear how there boss/owner talks to the employees. UNACCEPTABLE!! NO STARS!!!
Don’t use this service company.They are always late!! Better off with a different company.
