Hi I would like to thank Nexus transportation driver Veronica for being a really kind and helpful and courteous.
Veronica and Priscilla were amazing they arrived on time got me to my appointment safe it'd be a pleasure to ride with them again
Veronica was a good driver she was early courteous and car in she asked me what kind of music I like and really cared about my ride
If I could rate this company a zero, I would. They are only a broker finding the lowest bidder. Despite multiple calls with them, everything was left to the afternoon of the last day by them. The company they hired was abysmal (Fatima Transport)!!! They didn’t stick to the delivery dates and then were rude as hell, made me walk almost a mile to meet them (in the middle of the street) rather than finding a convenient place to meet. Overall one of the worst experiences with a contractor ever!!!
I enjoyed my ride with Veronica! She is so sweet & personable! Would recommend your services to anyone because of her! She definitely deserves recognition for her excellent customer service! She treated me the way she would want to be treated! Thank you so much Veronica 🤩
