Horrible, Awful. They left me waiting in the rain for a hour and a half. Then another time (no rain) for an hour. They don't care about being prompt.
My mother was transported by A Nexxus driver yesterday named Dominic Morano. He was timely, professional and friendly this was an essential transport that has helped my mother and our family make end of life decisions for her. We appreciate your employee and your service more than words can express.
They're behind 2 to 3 hours wait EVERYTIME. I don't know where these 5 stars review came from. Operator will tell you 30 to 40 minutes to wait but it's gonna take way more than that.
Lost reservation Unreliable. Tell you driver will be there in10 min. Driver shows up 45 min later.
