I can’t thank Emilie Soper enough for going way above and beyond with customer service for me. I was in desperate need to get a Donjoy custom knee brace re-measured and a replacement ordered. She made some calls and ensured I was taken care of even though I didn’t originally purchase the brace from her. Everyone should support her as I will go nowhere else in the future for my needs. Emilie was such an amazing person to have help me when I broke my ankle! She helped me with purchasing ankle braces so I could continue playing volleyball and was super kind and welcoming to everyone that came into her office!
I discovered Nexus Orthotics online when I was looking for an Active Ankle brace and having trouble elsewhere finding the correct size. Their website was easy to navigate and find what I needed and complete my purchase. Despite the Canada Post strike, the shipping was reasonable and my ankle brace arrived only 8 days later, all the way in New Brunswick! There was even a hand written thank you card.
