I’ve lived here for a long time and I love it. Great environment and people! It’s super nice and always clean. Great place to live.
My partner and I have lived here for ~2.5 years and we've really enjoyed it. Pros: Location, kitchen, nice neighbors, big windows, good shower, small apartment complex, small gym, distance from unit to car is short(1 minute), newly built, generally quiet, walk-in closet, nice common area Cons: Area can be busy sometimes, some construction nearby in the area, gym gets dirty sometimes, apartment complex could be a little cleaner but nothing major(there is some general wear and tear since the apartment was built, but I think yo... read more
I recently took a tour of an available 2 bedroom when I was looking outside of the 2nd bedroom window where my daughter would sleep. There was a man mastererbating in the window. I told the office manager but apparently they have known of this situation and nothing has been done about it. I thought I’d share in case someone moves into apartment 315 with or without kids. It’s disgusting.
I have been a resident of Nexus on 9th for 2 years and the complex is beautiful. Jasmina, the property manager, is always extremely responsive and goes the extra mile to ensure that things are running smoothly and comfortably with my unit and the property. It is well-kept, clean and quiet in a great part of SLC.
The apartments at Nexus on 9th are beautifully built and in a great location. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the building itself is kept extremely clean. I can't provide a 5 star rating due to some poor experiences with management: from waiting nearly 2 months to get access to the call box to dirty exterior windows that were not cleaned prior to moving in. Overall it is a great property but the price doesn't reflect the customer experience.
