Bad apple
Constantly dropping the ball on renewing prescriptions. ADDITIONALLY they have a new policy that basically holds people with mental health captive. "Same day scheduling" when they have absolutely no same day availability EVER. But despite that they'll mess with your schedule and hang you out to dry. Nexus of hope? I've worked with Dr Addy for years. I know her to be kind, caring and straightforward.
The amount of insurance fraud and HIPAA violations are astounding and the owner trying to cover it up and make her staff commit these violations is wildly illegal. Completely unethical and frankly dangerous to her patients.
