The attitude of the receptionists is insane! Rude, condescending and arrogant! No medical etiquette, gossiping and making inappropriate comments about people that phone them.
A very busy practice but runs impeccably. Sitting in the waiting room you can’t help but be amazed at the skilful reception staff managing the clinic from check in to check out, making medical appointments all the whilst juggling emails and answering calls. The lady’s were non stop busy but still managed to be courteous and professional to the patients. My experience with a Dr Alvarez put me very much at ease. $500 for 15 min. No helpful answers or possible course of action,whatsoever. Google search found the correct answers and a way forward. It was quicker and cheaper. Never again. A first year medical student would likely have more knowledge and ability ! Disgusted! Waste of time! Yes. Agree with other reviews. The receptionist was abrupt and rude to others in the waiting room.
The receptionist(s) here are so amazingly rude and condescending it takes your breath away. I hope the owners of the practice read these reviews because this woman is going to put them out of business.
