I went to this practice for help but what I had recieved was arrogance. I suggest if you do go you need to go yes sir, everything you say sir because if you ask questions are accused of not believing them. I am sure this comment will be defended hy them saying I must of misunderstood his attentions and he appologised unconditionally but being laughed at is definitely not a misunderstanding. I can definately get someone to be rude to me without paying the hefty price tag.
After reading the negative reviews, I can’t see how some people think a satisfactory outcome is possible when their expectations are either unrealistic and/or inflexible! Since my initial referral to Nexus Neurology (July 2017), I have learned this is a very busy practice, with highly respected (sought after) Specialists in their field. After reading others reviews, I feel compelled to leave my story. I was doing research as to who may be able to help my suspected neurological condition, so that I know who to ask my GP to refer me to. So I contacted Nexus Neurology. But the receptionist insisted I needed a GP referral first, which entirely defeats the point. I'm not getting a referral without knowing if they're even the right people to be referred to. If you live regionally, don't bother with this place. Waste of time, rude reception, cant get through to talk to the doctor, even when having a MS RELAPSE. then when you call up crying (not screaming or abusing them, genuinely scared about your partners relapse, basically begging them to help him), they'll say they'll talk to the doctor and call you back, surprise they don't!
