Dr. Andrew Kelly is an amazing neurologist and a very nice guy; he listens to you, discusses your treatment and answers your questions, and unlike a lot of specialists he actually cares and wants to help, not just take your money and pat himself on the back. Found reception to be extremely unhelpful and rude when I tried to ask about cost of appointment (‘it’s in the sheet’, which they hadn’t sent me). Had to call back multiple times to follow up as I heard nothing back even after I sent through my referral letter. Appointment waiting time of 9 months, if you get in at all (even with a referral). Recommend trying literally anywhere else if you can
If possible, it's helpful to understand the receptionist's attitude. I believe the key lies more in the neurologist's experience—how well they listen to their patients and acknowledge their symptoms 🤔—along with a thorough investigation.
