When calling to book an appointment, I initially found it unusual that the receptionist did not introduce themselves when answering the phone. After reading through other one-star reviews, I now understand the motive behind this. De-Identifying yourself will not prevent poor feedback on how you conduct yourself. Unfortunately, my own experience was consistent with the concerns raised by others. Arrogance, condescension, and belittling behaviour are not reflective of good customer service, nor do they align with appropriate m... read more

I went to this practice for help but what I had recieved was arrogance. I suggest if you do go you need to go yes sir, everything you say sir because if you ask questions are accused of not believing them. I am sure this comment will be defended hy them saying I must of misunderstood his attentions and he appologised unconditionally but being laughed at is definitely not a misunderstanding. I can definately get someone to be rude to me without paying the hefty price tag.

I consider myself lucky to be an ongoing patient of this practice. I can only say my dealings with this practice (Receptionists and Doctors) has been nothing less than friendly, courteous and... read more

I was doing research as to who may be able to help my suspected neurological condition, so that I know who to ask my GP to refer me to. So I contacted Nexus Neurology. But the receptionist insisted I needed a GP referral first, which entirely defeats the point. I'm not getting a referral without knowing if they're even the right people to be referred to. And most GPs have no idea who to refer me to, so I have to do the legwork. The receptionist kept stating th... read more
