This review is more than my experience because there were many others who had a similar one. There's even a documentary about this place, and it hasn't changed at all. They let a guy roam free the week after breaking things repeatedly. everyone gets released from nexus locations at random times regardless of behavior. I've been to 2 places owned by this company and both places had staff that encouraged paranoia by talking about ghosts. They frequently made fun of the youth by making weirdly sexual comments about them. I went... read more

I’d give zero stars but I can’t. Prior resident here. This place is the scourge of the earth. The staff do not care whatsoever about the wellbeing of the residents. They allow the floor bullies to run rampant and only step in when the victims of the bullies react, almost always punishing the victims of the bully instead of the source of the problem. The staff are abusive, vindictive, manipulative, spiteful and shouldn’t be anywhere near children. This place is a failure of a government establishment. The worst kinds of peopl... read more
