It won't let me give zero stars so one it is. Be cautious. While I initially thought they were good time proved otherwise. My mother was hospitalized and when they thought she would be coming back home for them to care for her they were texting and calling to see when she would be back. Sounds nice, right? The second time she went in and they realized the money train was stopping nothing, not a peep. Marycatherine got me oriented to the whole home help situation and walked me through getting help set up for a disabled friend, what a relief! Nexus employees seem able to offer more help than others with the variety things that need doing for someone in this kind of trouble. Extremely helpful and highly recommended!
