Its a small facility so they cant have that many patients at once. You always have to wait 20 for them to answer the phone. There is only 2 nurses, 1 is very rude and blew me off when trying to get an authorization for treatment for a screaming 3 yr old with broken bones and when i called back after waiting over an hr she picked the phone up and said "WE WILL GET TO IT WHEN WE GET TO IT!" and hung up! With out me saying one word. They are unprofessional! And rude! Shocked they treat patients like this!
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Christopher Harris’s office, especially as a first-time patient. My appointment was scheduled for 10:20 AM, and I waited until 11:00 AM without receiving any communication about the delay. As I was preparing to leave, the receptionist finally informed me that the nurse was getting ready to call me back. I completely understand that offices can get busy and unexpected delays happen. They tell you that your appointment is at 1:20 pm and you have to wait 2 or 3 hours to be seen. Doctor needs to learn time management.
Dr. Harris is the best!
The staff here is great! Dr. Harris is wonderful. Expect a bit of a wait to be seen, but only because he is going to make sure you get as much time with him to discuss whatever you have going on as you need. He doesn't rush any of his patients and I really appreciate that. Too many doctors these days are in a hurry to get you in and out. Not this one, he really takes the time to get to know you and your health. He really cares about his patients and their health. That make him a stellar doctor in my book.
