Doctors and staff are super kind and caring, they take the time to listen and give you the best care!
Reception, whoever that was because no name was given in the email, was really useless and inefficient. It has been a month and I haven’t gotten a confirmed appointment to see one of their doctors. No response to date after I sent a chaser email…It’s unbelievable how difficult it is to get an appointment in this clinic!
Only seen the Doctor once other times it was his assistances whom you had your consultation with. Had a procedure done which was not covered by Medicare or my private health fund and not extremely happy with the result.
Dr Myers was so friendly and thorough. Such a good streamlined service. Highly recommended.
Excellent place for Eye Treatments, Doctors and staff are very helpful they treat you like a family, Laura along with others keep the front desk vibrant, Dr Sindhu and Dr Gupta are excellent in their specialities; they treat you as a valued patient and take best care and advise you accordingly. I would recommend the Nexus Eyecare for all your Ophthalmologic/Eye Care & Treatments.
