Counselor is very understanding, patient and kind. She uses creative ways to help you get past being stuck. I sometimes come in feeling like a roaring lion but never do I leave feeling the exact same way. I do leave with food for thought how to take the next step to help myself. I highly recommend her. She doesn't tell me what to do. We work together so I can learn skills to help me live with my illness. I think that is what counseling is about.
