10/2025 - I sent another box recently, and although it was delivered after two months, there was still a bit of a delay. Formal Complaint – Mishandling of Consignment and Missing Items On 27th July 2025, I shipped two freight boxes under one consignment and one Bill of Lading to Colombo/Sri Lanka. Shockingly, only one box was delivered. I was not informed of this change by Nexus. I only found out when the recipient contacted me. Do not use them unless you want to end up in serious trouble both here in Australia and Colombo. Avoid at all cost! I found TRICO Australia Sydney in Cherrybrooke to be a good place for safely send goods to SL.
