I can't blame the team in Sydney, but the cargo service itself is getting worse. I've sent multiple boxes directly in recent times, and all of them are being delayed by more than four weeks, even though they should have been delivered by now. The reason for the most recent delay was that the ship left the boxes in the bay due to a cargo space issue. I only received the email explaining this when the shipment was already supposed to have arrived in Colombo. What a bunch of crooks in the administration. It's hard to blame them... read more
