Dr Sowden is very respected by health professionals within our region and beyond. I first heard of her when someone else in her industry quietly dropped her name, saying that she has been an excellent support for her personally as a patient. My GP happily referred me, also singing Dr Sowden's praises as she said she has had other patients who have seen her with great results. Absolutely appalling. Was referred for an adult ASD assessment, and within 15 minutes of meeting was told I was not autistic, and within the first appointment had received a preliminary diagnosis of a personality disorder I do not meet the criteria for. Lo and behold, after being clinically assessed elsewhere, it transpires that I am indeed autistic. Susette should not be offering these services when she clearly has no idea what she is doing. At best negligent, at worst, downright dangerous.
