I have been visiting Nexus Bodywork for sometime now due to recurring issues from sporting activities. Blake has helped me through a lot of these in person and also with the advice he’s given me post treatment with detailed exercises. He was very concise and listened to my multiple concerns, and given the consult time limit, I am very impressed with his ability to get to all my aches and pains.
