After 3 sessions with Blake I can happily report that my Frozen Shoulder symptoms are slowly improving after each appointment and that I was able to achieve a great nights sleep last night after many months of pain. Very impressed with Blake's holistic approach to finding out where your problems are stemming from and working with you to find the best solution along with excellent remedial massage.
Blake is one of the most 'refreshing' and knowledgable therapists I have ver had treatments with at Nexus in Malvern! I came to Nexus with a painful knee. After more than 25 years of running, I was afraid that my running days were over. After 5 sessions with Blake over ~3 months, I am back on track and the pains in my knee seem to have disappeared! Just did a 7k run and all good! Blake is a great physio - Something I really liked was the exercises to do between sessions; I felt that it really helped to recover more quickly. I really recommend the place if you're a runner with joint issues - Blake will fix you up!
I went and saw Blake because I was experiencing really bad sciatica down the front of my leg on a Thursday night. I was in a lot of pain. I had a 10 km fun run that I really wanted to do on the Saturday and was feeling doubtful that I would be able to do it. After Blake's treatment on my hip and lower back I felt so much relief and was able to run my race comfortably. I was so thankful and will definately see Blake again when I need to. Thanks for the excellent care.
