I wish could give negative stars if have option. coming from chilliwack to surrey really disappointed. Our recent experience at Nexus Auto was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, the dealer showed little to no professionalism. He handed us the key to a vehicle that did not even start. Without any provocation, and despite the fact that I had not spoken in Punjabi, he made an unsolicited and inappropriate comment instructing me to “speak in English” because he was from Afghanistan. Unprofessional and rude behaviour. I was about to come between 2:30-3:00pm but due to traffic i reach at 3:30pm. Nothing specific time slot was mentioned by him as well. So we reach at 3:30 from chilliwack with my wife. The guy gave me key to view truck in detail. When i opened the truck i asked 2018? He said don’t speak punjabi i am from afghanistan in a rude tone. ER is hands down one of the best sales person i came across. he was very easy to communicate with. showed all the carfax reports in a timely manner and he was able to get me in a lexus es300 the same day. the process was so smooth that it literally felt like a shopping spree at the local mall.
