techs came as different time, told day of minor.This is minor but the pricing and sales discount wasn't transparent. was to a house, but service was only rendered to the basement and 1st floor, 2nd floor was included in new higher price than sale price which was 50% discount. Only received $40 off on bill that was $395 after discount. Vendor/ tech bill as different company .
