We have (what I feel like) is a bit of a tax mess to deal with. I started to cry during our appointment no less than 3 times. But Cara never made me feel bad about it and in fact made me feel better because she assured me it wasn't as bad as I think it is. We weren't rushed and took the time to talk me through the process. My husband kept telling me it was going to be fine, Cara convinced me he was right.
