Nexus was by far the most toxic place I have ever worked. There is no training. Everybody trains everybody so you are set up to fail along the way. They don't pay out bonuses or raises promised to employees at their 1 year mark. They don't pay out earned PTO. They also have insane volume but they keep taking on new clients and adding cases. Management will change your clock in and clock out times if you come in too early or leave too late, even if you worked that time. The exces seem to have little idea of what the actual processes and operations look like and EVERYTHING about the way your job is done can change on a day to day basis.
