This isn't just bad service — it's unreliable and frankly unethical.
I was under contract to purchase an investment property in Tampa Florida. Brokers advantage quoted me a loan with 20% down. Four days before closing they stated they now needed 25% down because of declining properties in the area. We were under contract for 3 weeks. So they’re saying within three weeks it was so dramatic of a change they needed 5% more down. I have done so many loans like 10 at least but this company has the worst underwriter ever. Im not sure if they dont know what they are doing or they just want to waste time. I got so many doc requested thru the loan process. I know they need it but they were asking one doc at a time. What a wasting time for both me and the company.
