Worst contractor on the face of the earth. They stole 40k. From us and refused to do the work they were contracted to do without raising the price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. This is the right company as your owner is Mr. Mohammed A Sadaat, Resident Agent and he is the one that ripped us off. Promised to pay back 15k but nothing!
I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this company. If it were possible, I would give them 0 stars. We signed a contract on 10/28/2022 for a partial basement renovation, which included a full bathroom, kitchenette, and living space. During the agreement, they assured us that they would handle all necessary permits for the job. For a reasonable price, they did an awesome job restoring my basement. They paid attention to every detail, addressed every issue that we've encountered along the way, and worked with us throughout the process. We were very pleased with the outcome. Would recommend them to family and friends.
Our dated solarium structure was rotting and leaking with leaking extending into the basement. Nexttreno replaced it with a modern window structure with multiple large picture windows, extended roofing, recessed lighting and gutter. It opened up the space nicely. The projected was delayed because of supply chain issues but once the windows came, the crew started promptly.
