If I could give less stars I would. Their billing process is shady. I was billed for small amounts every month even though I ended services with them 6 months prior at the time. I called the office and they said I didnt owe anything and theyd call the billing company and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. I called the billing company today and they say I owe for 2 particular months in 2025 and it didnt show that in the office because it was previous bills, if that makes any sort of sense haha. I went in there and I was talking to the doctor about how I don’t want to take ssris because they make me feel bad and the symptoms are awful and it kinda felt like he really wasn’t listening to me. But I ignored it and trusted he knew what he was doing and picked up my prescription I took it for a few days and I wondered why I felt absolutely awful since starting them.
