I had a small defect in my roof and Chad came out and fixed it. He was really fast, professional, and explained everything to me. Would definitely hire again for any roofing needs.
The bid I received from Chad B**** was competitive and all inclusive. The workmanship of his crew is exceptional. The crew was extremely well managed in that everyone had a function and performed it efficiently. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of Chad and his crew and would not hesitate to recommend Next Roof Systems with no exceptions.
Our roof was severely damaged by the hail storm in March of this year. We were in the process of selling our house and NextRoof knew how to handle that. My only big complaint is that they had covered our pool with a huge tarp to keep debris out. Well a flash rain suddenly came in while the roof was off and they used that tarp to protect the roof, letting some debris into the pool. I would have thought they would have a separate tarp for that. When I complained they did a good job of cleaning it up.
It's not very often that you come across a roofing company that is honest and truly cares about the customer. I have had two experiences with NextRoof - both fantastic. The first time, I thought I might need a new roof, but they told me there was a much easier and cheaper way to fix what turned out to be a much smaller problem than what I had anticipated.
