Again, 2 years later. They continue to lie and discriminate. Now the excuse is. A 3 year old needs to be fully potty trained. “As in changing themselves” what 3 year old knows how to wipe their own backside? None, none of them do. They wouldn’t even be able to do it because of hand eye coordination is not there yet. Also, they can’t reach. They physically cannot reach. These racist daycares have to be stopped. Disappointed. I made an appointment to view the facility with my son on 8.30. We arrived on time, I rang the doorbell, an employee came in while we were waiting and asked if I was there for a tour which I responded yes, I have an appointment. She entered. I waited another 10 minutes and no one came to the door. I called and left a voicemail and no one ever called me back.

- Operational hours changed by 2 hours daily but no adjustments in billing. - Slow to no response to emails, but they'll send another email before answering an email you sent. - Poor organization skills with staff management. - Temporary/New director walked into a mess and is struggling to keep any order. The facility looks amazing, the people in the classroom are great, but the efficiency in management has decreased dramatically over the last three weeks.

We love it here. Our shy 2 year old absolutely loves Ms. L and doesn't open up to a lot of adults. He always comes home happy and is excited to go in the morning. Thank you Kindercare 😊

My sister attends this wonderful daycare and absolutely loves it ! Each day I am more & more intrigued about hearing what she’s learned! She knows how to count in not only Spanish but, French as well! I am completely wow’d at the curriculum. I would’ve never imagined that she’d be teaching me a few things. Got to love it.
