I really enjoyed her work out classes. She will push you to your full potential and motivated you through out the class.
The classes are awesome, and there are several to participate in. The owner/coach meet you at whatever level you’re at. If you’re not comfortable with group training she offers 1 on 1 personal training. You will definitely reach the goals you have set. You are made to feel comfortable, and it’s a judgement free zone. Everyone is friendly and very motivating. You won’t be disappointed.
The trainer/coach not only will push, and motivate you but also understand the level you're on. We encourage and uplift each other. It's an atmosphere where I'm able to be myself, to push me to dig deep and NOT give up. It's a positive, and fun vibe.
Absolutely love it love the workouts love the private sessions great environment you will definitely get what you paid for I leave feeling Amazing each time if I could do it everyday I WILL 😍💚
