Beware of this company!!! We used Nextitle and they filed the wrong address with the county for property taxes. In fact, the address they gave was an obscure address 100's of miles away. This ended up costing us thousands in penalties with the county. Can you believe it? Paying a title company thousands of dollars to ensure these things don't happen and it happens. This title company has obvious problems with quality control. A bad thing to have when your value is to ensure quality.
