Jericca was amazing! I could not have asked for anything to go smoother. This was my first house, so it has certainly set a very high bar. The seller was a bit difficult, but Jericca went to bat for me on everything. She even went above and beyond when it came to the seller not cleaning after he'd left. Jerrica lied about the condition of the house and falsely represented the work that was done to remodel the house. She tried to get me to pay into a "construction escrow", despite me having a contract with the seller stating he was responsible to complete repairs. Becky doubled down on the same agenda. Nothing but poor communication and lies for months. The remodel job was a blatant scam as the house didn't last 2 full months before the shady craftsmanship started to show.
