Was in to talk with one of the employees about a place we were wanting to rent. The first impression wasn't great, the guy "Eric" was not very professional. No hand shake or exchange of names when we greeted. He kept answering phone calls with other clients and could not remember our names to save his life. Had his son in apparently learning the business as well so I'm sure he is setting a good example of how to treat possible clients.
