Horrible experience. Team Castle Realty: in Presque Isle, ME part of NextHome Discovery. Called about a property I had interest in, spoke to a live person who took down my number & said someone will call me back. Waited a few days never heard back, called again, phone just rang, no option to leave a voicemail, called another # associated, same thing, phone just rang, then I received a text message telling me they have been very busy but would call me that day. They never answer their phone, they are never in the office. They got an offer on our home, buyers made an offer, we countered offer, they accepted our offer. They signed a copy of agreement. They wanted us out by a certain date. We moved and packed our things, only essential items remain to be moved. They never showed up, realtor never called.
