I am extremely disappointed with how this practice treats elderly patients. My mother scheduled an appointment and specifically asked over the phone if they were in-network. Instead of being honest, they told her they would "check when she arrived." Once there, they handed her paperwork—in English, despite her primarily speaking Spanish— including a financial responsibility form.
