My charger stopped working and I was promised a call. Nada! Disappointing as they have been five star up to now. 12am til 2/3 on a Saturday and closed Sunday. If you think you might break yours over a weekend, maybe a company with seven day support would be better? I will re review if/when it’s fixed. Chargers are a fit and forget device so when they stop working you’re totally screwed. Let’s hope Monday we are back up and running.
