Five Stars are not enough! I need 6 Stars to review my work with NextGen. They more than went the extra mile on my house. When the hailstorm hit the back of my house other roofers walked away from me. They helped me on the spot. Tarps were put up. They guided me through working with the insurance company and even the Insurance Commissioner in Topeka. There were times I wanted to give up. They helped me to hang it there. Ask for Michael Karns! He’s was an awesome dude. Michael helped get my neighbor’s roof approved through insurance, and then inspected mine. Gave me a clean bill of health but pointed out a few things to keep an eye on. Super helpful and knows his stuff. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with storm damage.
Although my initial interface with NextGen was exceptional, my interactions ended in a stressful manner. Ryan the salesperson walked me through the claim process and earned my trust and confidence. The workers were phenonmenol in their organization and execution of the prep, tear off and replacement of the roof. The customer service is where Next Gen needs improvement.
