NextGen was very easy to do business with from the get go. Everything they committed to was completely professionally and ethically. On time finish, great clean up, and great follow oup.
Horrible! Don't do it is all I can say. We started with James. He sent stuff in and started a claim with my insurance company. The insurance company did not approve it. ( Shocker) So James came back out, took more pictures and said they were going to re-submit. They never did. When I called the company to find out what they said James was no longer with them and the owner Ryan would be able over the file. Then. ....more of the same.... What I thought was a great company to work for… if you don’t want to be overcharged for plywood on your room, definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. Charging you $85 a sheet when you can get it cheaper from the store. Don’t waste your time on this company.
