Great experience from start to finish. Had some cracking in our interior ceilings from the weight of the roofing when it was delivered, but Santino and Iago fixed it all and made it look like new. Best experience with a roofing company that we have ever had.
Valerie is spectacular in every possible way! I have a new roof, garage, gutters... and she was able to get all of it covered by my insurance company. She was able to get my neighbors roof covered as well! Now everyone in my neighborhood wants to jump on board. Great communication, follow-through.. a seamless project from start to finish. NextGen is an excellent company. They were always available if I had any questions. The workers that replaced my roof did an excellent job. NextGen worked well with my insurance company to make it a smooth process.
NextGen they did great job above and beyond. Including site managers, support teams, our roof and gutter teams of course office teams so many names i did not remember they did awesome job. It was so difficult dealing with state farm but NextGen team they did fight for us and we did win after took 1.5 years. If are you looking for roof company i did highly suggest work with NextGen than you will see big difference. Thank you so much all of the people finished up our project.
