We filed an insurance claim, and this is the company that was assigned to us for our multiple phase flooring restoration. The communication was very poor and lacking. The service/work, was very slow, we had to call constantly to find out what was going on, when would we get something done; we had our floor removed including sub floor and had openings throughout the house to the ground for several weeks, not days, but weeks, as in a couple months, nothing was being done, the sub floor not replaced, nothing. They asked me to sign the contract so they can give me estimate. Then they sent me 10K invoice just for doing the estimate.

This is an inaccurate statement. Mr. ******** had a tenant that left the rental property due to what he believed were symptoms from mold issues in the home. We (NextGen Restoration) were asked to come out to inspect the house. Mr. ******** signed a contract with us as at the time he was going through his insurance.
