I recently purchased my first home, and I hired Janet Loper because I had seen how hard she fought for her clients. I soon can to realize that not only did she make my first time home buyer experience smooth and stress free, she represented me as if I was her own son. She was even able to help me get thousands of dollars more than I had even hoped for in repairs to the home at no expense to me. She exceeded my expectations and look forward to working with her again.

I want to start by saying ive bought and sold lots of homes. I've had bad, ok and good experiences. This time I had Landon and Janet sell two properties for me. Starting off, we agreed both of my properties would be difficult sales. Both properties on different sides of Columbia would be the highest price per square foot to ever sell in the two neighborhoods. They took extremely professional pictures.
